Gabriel Gonzaga (6-3 UFC) just fought for the heavyweight title less than two years ago.  He is a 29 year old black belt from Rio de Janeiro and is recognized as a former Mundials winner.  Gonzaga is coming off a KO loss to Shane Carwin which saw him winning most of the fight before he was dropped.  He fights to stay relevant in a UFC division growing in talent as he takes on Chris Tuchscherer.

Chris is the primary training partner to Brock Lesnar.  Chris has to cut weight just to make the 265lb division maximum and his only loss of his career came at the YAMMA tournament which saw him fight three times in one night.  He lost to Travis Wiuff by an unimpressive decision.  Of Tuchscherer's wins, seven have come by way of KO and six by way of submission.

Tuchscherer was a participant at TUF 10 tryouts but the UFC wanted to move him straight to the big leagues.
Tuchscherer said, "I was out there, and I saw all of the heavyweights that were out there, and there wasn’t one person that impressed me, so I’d love to get on the show so I can dominate."
Lucky for the other contestants, he will not be on TUF 10.
